Colm is an experienced debt originator with a strong network of clients and introducers across the UK and Irish property sectors. He has a proven track record in structuring and sourcing short-term debt and equity solutions for real estate investments.
Before joining Hilco, Colm served as a Relationship Manager at Wellesley Finance (UK), where he gained deep insights into alternative lending and the setting up of a lending programme. He later founded his own debt advisory firm, focusing on bespoke financing solutions for property investors and developers in Ireland.
Colm began his career on the Allied Irish Banks Graduate Programme and subsequently held roles at RBS Group and IBRC, building a solid foundation in corporate and real estate banking.
He holds a Master’s in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.
He is a Licentiate of the Institute of Banking (Ireland) and a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA).
